Ordering Policies
*Preorder*
Preorders are purchases that are made in advance of the item(s) being shipped. Once you purchase your pre-order, the order will be shipped once the it's in stock. Each manufacture has estimated delivery dates for each season collection but again it is only approximate dates. We have 3 options for Pre-orders. First, if you choose to pay in full, you will receive FREE shipping. Please use code "P100" Secondly, if you choose to pre-order but only put a 50% deposit down, then you will be re-charge the balance of the order once it is ready to ship and receive FREE shipping. Pleae use code "P50". Thirdly, If you choose to pre-order but only place a 25% deposit , then you will re-charge the balance of the order once it is ready to ship. Please use code "P25" at checkout. All pre-orders options have FREE shipping. If you pre-order item is in the wrong size or style, you may send it back within 14 business days of delivery. Cancelled pre-orders are a 25% re-stocking fee of each style/styles. If you have any questions regarding pre-order, please email us at lj@lillyjames.com.
In order to help as many customers as possible acquire Lilly James pieces, we will, at times, be required to place restrictions on quantities ordered. Please contact our office to find out if, and when, such quantity restrictions are in place.
*SHIPPING*
Lilly James currently ships to the United States, Canada, and most international locations. International rates will only be charged the actual shipping costs based on the size and weight of the package. International buyers will be sent an updated invoice after the sale.
All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, we will provide delivery confirmation after the item has shipped.

Trunk Show Shipping is $5.00 in the U.S.

Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Backorders
If not in-stock/backorder, please allow 3 to 4 business weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
Order Cancellation
If you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 days of the date of the Trunk Show or within 3 days of your online order.
Returns & Exchanges
Lilly James is an UNPREDICTABLE design, and we trust you understand our slight irregularities, as they are not considered a reason for return. We are certain you will be delighted with your Lilly James purchase. But if you are unsatisfied please let us know and we will happily address your concern.
*ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURN/EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DATE THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED.
For ALL returns, please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
